Lakeside Villas is a complex of 170 freehold properties aimed at over 55-year-old singles and couples in Currimundi, north of Caloundra. There's a pool, a community hall with a kitchen and a library of books, CDs and DVDs. We have an on-site care taker couple to take care of maintenance. The complex is fenced with locked gates and CCTV coverage. It's a 10-minute walk to the Currimundi Markets shopping center one way, or a to a shopping strip on Nicklin Way in the other direction. The beach is a 30-minute walk away. There are several bus stops (1, 2) just outside the village. Many medical facilities are nearby and the Sunshine Coast University public and private hospitals are less than 3.5 km away.
